ATTENTION- Relocation to Svobodniy Dear coleagues, pls specify ur expectations in the letter QUALIFICATIONS ·Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Construction Engineering or other related engineering departments, ·Min. 7 years experience, 3 years experience required in related position (Lean 6 Sigma, Lean Construction, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, etc.), ·Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, Russian is preferred, ·Good knowledge of Minitab and MS Office, ·Blackbelt ceritification is preferred, ·Strong organization, time management skills and conflict resolution skills, ·High motivation and energy with written and verbal communication skills, a good team player competencies, ·Strong project management skills, ·Demonstrated commitment to leadership, learning, and strong interpersonal skills, ·Based in Russia, travel requied. JOB DESCRIPTION ·Take active role in construction processes and perform necessary data analysis, ·Identify areas for improvement and make necessary improvements and work in coordination with relevant departments, ·Identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement strategy and tools, ·Follow up unit cost reduction projects with related functions, ·Organize and coordinate Continuous Improvement culture building activities ( Lean 6 Sigma, 5S, Kaizen etc.), ·Leads and facilitates site communication, training on Continuous Improvement, Lean 6 Sigma etc. ·Serve as a change agent promoting the use of Lean 6 Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies across all departments, ·Drive 5S conversion plan when required, ·Partner closely with other teams/departments/functions across organization to prioritize and improve critical processes in organization, ·May perform other duties as necessary or assigned, ·Cross Functional Project team management, ·Reporting to L6S Program Director.
