About the company and the product: Crypto-platform which is included into a well-known holding EU and worldwide licensed product Launched in 2007, the platform in now entering an active development stage International team that counts up to 100 people Fintech Сlients from 120 countries What you will be responsible for: Analysis of the target audience and user behavior, identification of growth points (together with a Product manager, Marketing, and Data Science) Collection and analytics of customer reviews, feedback, and requests for technical support (in close cooperation with Marketing, Sales, and other departments) and conducting in-depth telephone interviews with clients if needed Participation in the development of new features Building and developing optimal scenarios based on the received analytics (Creation of Customer Journey Maps) Detailed documentation of the customer journey in the product Testing products and solutions with different scenarios (hypothesis testing) and leading сustdev in your area of responsibility Monitoring of behavioral metrics across the whole product lifecycle Preparation of descriptions of steps inside the product, screen forms/texts, and giving clarifications to UI/UX designers Working on the Sales funnel together with Marketing We expect that you have: Knowledge of principles of User-Centered Design Knowledge of fundamentals of developing interfaces for web services and mobile applications. Knowledge of user psychology, and features of interaction between people and services. Ability to work with analytics tools Knowledge of hypothesis testing methods Understanding and experience of working with key product metrics Experience with documentation( drafting, maintaining) Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel or their analogues English level - Upper-intermediate + (B2) Spanish and/or German languages Current stack of technologies: Sketch, Figma, InVision Studio, Procreate Amplitude, Tealium, Google Analytics Miro, FlowMapp, MindMeister, XMind.
