Main responsibilities Responsible for overall daily operations support and daily communication with 3PL and cross-functional departments Operational processes improvement – SOP’s implementation and control Management of transport/delivery companies who arrange delivery to final customers, SLA control, forecast planning, contract management 3PL partner strategy development and optimization Act as business owner for 3PL partner with shared responsibility for the customer experience Track and analyze key delivery metrics and continuously strive to meet KPIchr(39)s Being able to control costs efficiency through target setting and maintaining/achieving performance standards, while building the operational/process improvements.
