Role responsibilities: Sparring partner for GM (Jobs&Services), providing thought leadership and ad-hoc strategic advisory to leaders across the company Generating proprietary insights on the basis of external forces at work and long-term market trends. Perform competitive, performance and market feedback analysis to identify areas of risk or opportunity, propose initiatives to mitigate or accelerate those and drive high-impact ad hoc projects, if required Leading strategy development and steering strategy advisor if any Enacting and enabling strategic decisions Identifying business-development opportunities Responsible for the strategy communication and awareness across the vertical/company Develop and drive strategy progress reviews and deep dive cycles including prep and follow ups. Required experience: 7+ years overall work experience, with at least 3+ years of experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm Ideally, you also bring an additional 2+ years of experience in a respected technology companychr(39)s strategy and/or product function. Experience in HRtech, WorkTech and Services would be an advantage. Operational experience would be a strong plus (knowing how to land strategies to execution). Experience in building trusted advisor relationships and influencing others (including C-level executives); Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization and strong integration skills. Demonstrated experience running large projects to desirable outcomes, preferably in the technology industry.
