We are looking for Remote Back-Office Manager for Lux Appliance Care LLC www.luxappliancecarem.com We are looking for active, sociable, and self-confident employees with fluency in English for full-time remote work for an American company. This job is for active, sociable, and stress-resistant candidates who are ready to make/receive many outgoing and incoming calls per day. Schedule: full-time, Monday to Friday 9:00- 17:00 (MST) Payment: $500 base salary + up to $500 bonuses The payout will be made in USD Job type: Remote Requirements: - Fluency in English (no lower than Advanced; B2) - daily you will communicate with Americans by phone and text messages (if necessary) - Willingness to work evenings/nights - Perseverance, attentiveness, and responsibility; - Good communication skills, the ability to find a common language; - The ability to quickly and competently resolve situations; - Willingness to work with large volumes of digital information; - Working with Word and Excel sheets at a high level - The ability to create a remote workplace in a separate quiet space (availability of a laptop, Internet connection, telephone for calls abroad Responsibilities: - Communication with suppliers by phone - Make & receive phone calls from potential clients to book our service - Ordering parts - Filling/maintaining sheets in Excel, Word - Distribution of parts - Reporting - Calculation of salaries - Communication with delivery companies (time, delivery conditions); - Assistance in placing orders (checking availability, cost of parts, ETA)
