компания "staffwell" task is to expedite all purchase orders for delivery of materials, ensuring that the suppliers meet their obligation relating to the purchase orders’ contract delivery date, scope of supply, and invoiced value. to ensure items are delivered on time and correctly in accordance with the procurement terms and conditions and to capture relevant data accurately and timely using electronic systemchr(40)schr(41) to ensure data availability for decision-making purposes. duties po goods on-time delivery (po dates vs factual dates) delivery associated documentation management (custom documentation, invoices, delivery notes etc) interface between supplier and buyers/category specialist for goods expending, delivery, forecasted issues and expediting processes and leadtimes improvement. requirements experience in optimization of logistic routes, working with customs bodies, packaging optimization, freight forwarding and oversized cargo transportation experience experience in mining, machinery, energy, industrial, oil & gas, chemical, construction spheres engineering or mechanical background is preferrable knowledge of late deliveries penalties calculation as per respected contract, knowledge of customs regulations and associated laws, knowledge of incoterms-2010, knowledge of supplier management basics. would be an advantage: cips apics language skills english – advanced french – would be nice russian – would be nice microsoft office package advanced user, sap or msd knowledge terms: expat position, rotation schedule.
