компания "kaz minerals russia llc" kaz minerals russia is currently looking for an expeditor. structural division: procurement department reports to: expediting supervisor requirements: higher education, ipma-certification is an advantage; min. 4 years’ experience in mining would be an advantage (as well as in oil & gas industry, in procurement and expediting department); thorough understanding of the russian and international supplier base and contacts within projects, mining background or mine site exposure; proven, successful experience in supply chain function(s); regional awareness through experience working with other cultures and people; possess high ethical and professional standards in all dealings; desired experience with monitoring fabrication, plus engineering exposure; proficiency in business english and russian; pays close attention to details; possess high ethical and professional standards in all dealings; proficiency: full ms suite (ms excel, word & power point required and access) and oracle preferred. responsibilities: reports to and supports es on expediting matters; expedites acknowledgement and execution of orders; preparation of the procurement weekly and monthly status reports, plus supplier progress report, and other regular reports that may be required; attends regular expediting and inspection meetings and actions any departure from supplierchr(39)s programs, if required; expedites supplierchr(39)s and sub-supplierchr(39)s by monitoring physical progress to ensure timely deliveries to site; issues release certificates on acceptance of equipment/material; shall become familiar with the project expediting procedures and project interfaces; is fully conversant with contents of purchase order/sub-contract; interfaces with project team members; witnesses (or arranges 3rd parties for) loading of equipment prior to dispatch to site, if required; creating expediting files for all major and critical orders; supporting snex in maintaining a master file system to be in line with project requirements; schedule and hold pre-award and kick-off meetings with major suppliers; prioritize focus on critical vendor data and first submissions, itps & wpss to avoid delays; monitor project design, engineering progress and manufacturing start dates; assist construction and planning with installation planning and requirements; identify and alert project management on technical issues and schedule delays; obtain from vendor full itemization on sub-orders critical to the schedule; liaise closely with logistics to advise on delivery schedule in advance of estimated dates; maintain status report within erp/tracking system for regular review to identify priority items; input data into erp/tracking system to stay up-to-date with delivery status; report tracking on fabrication & assembly sequence, plus site construction activities. conditions: regular work week (5 working days / 2 days off); location: moscow; competitive salary and benefits.
