We have already released several games with an audience of millions of players around the world and continue to develop new projectsWe want to make our projects even better, so we are looking for a Lead Marketing Manager who will help us to implement our plans. What you will do? Creating, implement and executing acquisition and marketing strategies and activities that will consistently grow the product audience. Work closely with product team on day-to-day operations and management of resources and marketing structure. Lead a team of Marketing Managers, sync, controlling and pushing. Define marketing action plan. Own, plan, monitor and report on the global marketing and acquisition strategy. Drive improvements, new initiatives and projects in acquisition and awareness spaces aimed at increasing player base. Be the main marketing point of contact for internal stakeholders, build structure of clear reporting and stat. Monitor trends in online marketing tools and applications. Learn from the market and competitors. Search for new channels & formats and find new partners. Monitoring the marketing mix of the product, as well as the quality of the acquired audience Be responsible for budgeting & Audit. What are we looking for? Senior Level Marketing Professional. You have 5+ years of experience. Publishing Experience: You are familiar with the game publishing industry and its structure and processes. This includes experience with collaborative tools such as JIRA, Asana, or other similar products. Communications Skills. You can effectively communicate in English with diverse stakeholders, while being aware about local context and sensitivities. You are comfortable and effective in multi-cultural environments. Management Experience. You have 2+ year of experience directly managing people. You are well-versed and experienced in implementing people management best-practices, including (but not limited to): Coaching, mentoring, and developing employees; setting clear individual employee and team objectives; fostering a spirit of teamwork and unity among team members; maintaining frequent and transparent communication; development of an employee-centric team culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, employee retention, and high performance.
