компания "хайв экспо интернешнл" job purpose: design and execution of the marketing strategy for ite connect across 15 event brands. main responsibilities: building the marketing plan: organise and collect data required to support your marketing plan and strategy align objectives, strategies, and tactics of your plan to the relevant show develop and execute a campaign and media plan to promote the platform in each relevant sector competitor & media review: working with the core teams, especially the event directors, collect information on competitive services and advise on competitive/cooperation strategy design, measure, and report on competitor kpis, tracking against ite connect progress platform branding development: agree and implement branding of the digital platform including visual and text communications, ensuring 100% alignment with existing event and ite brands implementation of marketing plan to promote the platform: consolidation of the plan into a separate table containing information on the deadlines for submission of materials in relevant publication and other channels. coordination of the plan with the departments of content, brand marketing and digital marketing constant monitoring of industry media and social media; work with the event teams to ensure platform, and platform activity, is promoted across all existing marketing channels of the relevant event recommend design ideas for content on the platform develop sponsorship opportunities for the platform, including packages and prices. to include the tracking of roi deliverables. create materials to support their sale. placement of additional advertising in the industry media, (as budget allows). create branding and other opportunities for media on the platform so barter deals can be negotiated write technical specifications for the design of all advertising capability on the platform develop communications to promote the platform during the relevant exhibition (e.g. integration into existing event comms, organization of a special stand, handouts, organization of staff work, etc.) development of questionnaires for conducting surveys of community members for marketing analysis and making forecasts and recommendations for the next year ensure compliance with marketing budget reporting preparation and analysis of reports inc. advertising campaigns, forecasts, activity, competitor activity, and recommendations for improvement other responsibilities work onsite at the exhibition performance of various other duties and assignments of management. required skills and experience experience & knowledge: previous experience of leading a marketing function in a digital environment (essential) skills: good working knowledge of excel, word, outlook excellent communication and organisational skills fluent spoken and written english & russian (desirable) ability to communicate effectively with people across many different industries and levels of seniority attention to detail commitment to offering excellent service to internal and external customers strong team player a high level of self-motivation and the ability to meet demanding targets within tight deadlines
