компания "ventra" our client, a major oil and gas company, is looking for experienced contract specialist. responsibilities: extensive interaction with internal business clients to clarify requirements, agree on procurement tactic, email and address queries and issues. extensive interaction with external suppliers to negotiate and award term-agreements and spot contracts (owns portfolio & local agreement execution in support of global strategies) and address queries and issues preparing procurement plans (procurement tactic) preparing tenders, rfq’s sealed bids, conducting reverse auction events and related duties. develop bid slate, package assembly, bid clarifications, conditioning, analysis/evaluation, award and execution. maintenance of agreements in agreements database perform supplier assessment /qualification (predominately commercial) coordinate/facilitate technical assessment with local procurement/client work with local procurement / client on resolution of supplier qualification gaps contract and commercial term development contract design for input into systems that takes advantage of the highly efficient transactional framework of our erp systems and promotes high transaction management efficiency (i.e. ordering, payment) conduct functional reviews as required with tax, law, and other functions. contract administration (i.e. assembly, copying, mailing, filing, file maintenance) prepare and execute amendments, change orders (changes, extensions, renewals) supplier relationship management within portfolio, including, monitoring, evaluating and reporting suppliers conformance with contract kpi’s where applicable review business analyst reports on spot activity to identify opportunities to aggregate / consolidate and /or new agreement development. support and participate in strategic sourcing contracting teams identifies local contracting opportunities with client may include russian content coordination activities drives implementation of global and regional strategies / best practices at the business unit level. if necessary, may temporarily perform the acquisition services supervisor duties. update market response data and prepare kpis for monthly & quarterly opex optimization meetings with pu management fulfill other duties as required and determined by the department in accordance with applicable rules, regulations and employee competency. attend all mandatory for employees company training programs and seminars, including computer-based programs. perform assignments in a safe and diligent manner, follow labor safety rules, timely inform the supervisor about any incidents, injuries, near misses and potential hazards at his/her working place or at others’ working places if witnessed. requirements: university degree prior experience within procurement, manufacturing, logistics, marketing functions at least 3 years effective negotiation skills, commercial and contractual stewardship of local value generation detailed transactional knowledge strong commodity and business function knowledge robust focus on controls strong english skills strong analytical and computer skills conditions: contract via ventra voluntary medical insurance, social package
