Contract Specialist

Arctic LNG 2 - Murmansk, Belokamenka Job Description: Taking part in processes within the Contract Department Follow up of Contractual Correspondences and preparation of reply letters (in ENG + RUS) in line with the Main Contract provisions and agreed contractual arguement. Preparation of claim packages as per Main Contract Regarding Claim packages, coordination with the other disciplines (Site, technical office, management etc.) to make sure that all data / documents are ready for submission as per Main Contract provisions. Taking action on time for the required response and/or notification to Client (or other stakeholders) in order to secure company`s rights. Reviewing and get full adaptation to the Main Contract provisions in order to create arguement when necessary Taking part in other contract related works (Presentations, contractual reports etc) Requirements: Experience in heavy industry projects is preferred Experience in heavy industry projects is preferred Advance level of English knowledge (both written and verbal) Avility to work in close collaboration with our team Ability to work in hardy project locations Advance knowledge of contractural terminology and creating contractual arguements Advance level of English knowledge (both written and verbal) Advance level of Microsoft Office knowledge Conditions : Work at the facility in Murmansk (Belokamenka).
