компания "alta personnel" we are s looking for an experienced internal communications manager responsibilities: drive internal communications strategy within the areas ofresponsibilities assigned. envision and oversee the development of experiences and events that positivelyengage employees. ensuring continued innovation, inclusivity, creativityand strategic agility so that our programs remain fresh and compelling, and accessible,to all employees. scope includes but is not limited to special events, patient speakers,celebrations, all-employee town halls, as well as envisioning and establishing newexperiences and traditions for our employees. develop a leadership narrative with the goal of shaping and influencing employeesentiment, building trust and confidence in leadership. provide counsel and support to senior leaders and functions/teams within the comaonyregarding leadership communications, channel usage, and engagement strategy andtactics. crisis management and preemptive planning coach, empower and equip employees with communications tools to adapt to new ways of working organise major communication events such as all employee town halls, cycle meetings and global broadcasts. define the agenda, coach speakers both on their content and message delivery embed agile principles and establish new ways of working through an empowered andengaging communications approach act as as a communications point of contact in business continuity management plan,frequently updаtеit requirements: experienced professional (minimum 10 years of experience in corporate communication and/or change management) is a must proven experience of developing, implementing and measuring internal communication strategies and programs to support achievement of business objectives experienced working in global organizations, with good cultural awareness and sensitivity is a must experience in stakeholder/community engagement strong and confident leadership skills proven experience in developing and implementing a crisis management plan isa must proven experience in change management fluent english is a must
