компания "alta personnel" a leading pharmaceutical company is looking for an experienced internal communications manager responsibilities: drive internal communications strategy within the areas ofresponsibilities assigned. be a trusted partner and a recognized expert to all keystakeholders including enabling team, define objectives and measure progress envision and oversee the development of experiences and events that positivelyengage employees. ensuring continued innovation, inclusivity, creativityand strategic agility so that our programs remain fresh and compelling, and accessible,to all employees. scope includes but is not limited to special events, patient speakers,celebrations, all-employee town halls, as well as envisioning and establishing newexperiences and traditions for our employees. develop a leadership narrative with the goal of shaping and influencing employeesentiment, building trust and confidence in leadership. bring theleadership narrative to life through communications and engaging experiencesincluding meetings, in-person and virtual events, and through rich digital/videostorytelling to drive enterprise-wide understanding of key priorities. provide counsel and support to senior leaders and functions/teams within the comaonyregarding leadership communications, channel usage, and engagement strategy andtactics. partner closely with key stakeholders to develop internal messaging andcommunication plans that help drive results and advance strategic priorities andinitiatives. provide well-written, researched, validated, clear, consistent business communicationson a range of topics that span organizational announcements, leadershipcommunication, meeting presentations, multimedia, scripts, key messages and talkingpoints. crisis management and preemptive planning ensuring quality control of all information released to the employees through corporatecommunications channels coach, empower and equip employees with communications tools to adapt to newways of working promote the exchange of best practices in internal communications, and liaise withregional and global communications teams to create and implement jointcross-country programs organise major communication events such as all employee town halls, cyclemeetings and global broadcasts. define the agenda, coach speakers both on theircontent and message delivery embed agile principles and establish new ways of working through an empowered andengaging communications approach act as as a communications point of contact in business continuity management plan,frequently updаtеit requirements: experienced professional (minimum 10 years of experience in corporate communication and/or change management) is a must proven experience of developing, implementing and measuring internal communication strategies and programs to support achievement of business objectives experienced working in global organizations, with good cultural awareness and sensitivity is a must experience in stakeholder/community engagement strong and confident leadership skills proven experience in developing and implementing a crisis management plan isa must proven experience in change management fluent english is a must
