компания "brainpower group" our client, international production company, is looking for marketing manager russia: purpose of role: lead russian marketing team develop marketing strategy for russia and contribute to global marketing strategy. lead and coordinate marketing activites and efforts to ensure effective brand and product promotion online/offline, boost cx, loyalty of customers and as the result business growth. responsibilities: create and develop local marketing strategy aligned with global approach. influence and contribute to marketing agenda on the global level. lead marketing team to ensure delivery business objectives in full and on time within marketing strategy, manage/develop team of professionals with high level of engagement. coordinate and organise the different activities of the marketing department according to the priorities and competencies of each and the requirements of the customer, regardless of whether it is an internal or external customer, to ensure an efficient and effective service can be offered that meets the quality criteria of the organisation within the set terms. organize and lead digital promotion of brand and products, initiate digital campaigns defining relevant channels and tools, set up of kpis and manage effectiveness of budget. execute marketing strategy and draw up a goal-oriented marketing plan for the different products, convert the marketing plan into specific actions and draw up a planning of the set marketing actions (products, price, packaging, promotion and publicity - 5p). support launches of novelties, making marketing communications and tools for successful launch on the market. assess the different marketing actions on their effectiveness and impact on sales and elaborate adjusted solutions to ensure that efficient and effective support is offered to the sales department. initiate and provide marketing research of customers, category and market to enrich and specify marketing and commercial strategy. ensure creation and development of marketing tools (posm, mech etc.) to make effective product promotion on the market, lead b2b activations and product promotions. coordinating multi-channel marketing efforts, organize lead generation campaigns and develop marketing automatization stack. project management of marketing activities and initiatives, marketing manager responsibilities include anything that is needed to help the project move forward (sponsorship and leadership). to be product owner of crm: create customer relation strategy, develop crm as a tool providing customer categorization and segmentation, create communication chains based on history of behavior and interaction with brand. content management. social media management. copilot for d2c. manage and develop of loyal programs for customers and designers. event management: organize and provide offline and online (webinars) events to increase customer loyalty and ensure customer inspiration. create and support cross-functional collaboration to ensure effectiveness and communication flow between local and global stakeholders and colleagues. working with marketing agencies and freelancers to ensure resource for marketing activities and projects. represent company on the external events and meetings with partners. hard skills: strategic thinking to create local marketing strategy and align with global approach, project management, people management, marketing communications (through digital channels), strong digital expertise which include organization of digital media adv campaign, digital performance management and leads generation, prepare and lead any marketing initiative, manage marketing budget as an owner, risk management, providing market and consumer research, trends analysis, web analytic and ux, english (advanced) soft skills: leadership skills, developed emotional intelligence, agility stack (performance, people, change, learning) high communication skills, ability and savvy to make effective collaboration with colleagues specially to engage and influence cross-functional teams, self-awareness, customer centricity company offers fully official employment, opportunities for professional and career growth in russia and abroad, fixed salary + bonuses and social package. office is located between moscow and kaluga, so working hours are flexible (1-2 days from office + remotely).
