компания "johnson & johnson" position description: we are looking for a finance controller consumer health russia based in moscow, russia. responsible for the leadership, direction, and management of the commercial investments of the organization, as well as input into the strategy of the business. represents and manages the businesschr(39) financial position including the areas of revenues, gtn and channel/clients profitability management. at this level, the position has a direct contribution to the development of business and/or functional strategies and, responsibility for managing team of 4 direct reports. key responsivities are: · responsible over commercial investments in gross-to-net planning and reporting, incl. spend control and analysis, r&o management, business cases development · partners with business units to drive consistent organizational excellence and provide optimal finance leadership. · supports fd, finance business support and commercial functions in budget process, forecast updates and long-term planning. · leads operational financial rhythm and preparation of monthly commercial investment analysis for cluster · leads revenue growth management initiatives and drive roi culture within cross functional team · manages customer bonus calculation and pricing process set up process for the organization; · drives regular revision of customer incentive payments process · enhances current practices and develops new solutions and strategies to strengthen the financial knowledge and operating performance. · facilitation on commercial processes compliance -sox, fcpa, hcc, legal in collaboration with respective functions · revenue monthly reporting under us gaap, ensure related sox controls and worldwide procedures are executed · partakes in key presentation packages for senior management preparation an presentation. · facilitates and drives resource prioritization with business partners on an ongoing basis. supports ad hoc projects and business case creation within the area of responsibility. · leads and develops the team in line with the talent agenda building the capabilities for future and ensuring strong succession pipeline. · position implies 4 direct report, finance controller in commercial investments is responsible for identification of development plan, succession planning and other aspects in line with company processes. role is reporting to finance director consumer health rcis. requirements: · a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in the field of general finance, finance management, other neighboring areas · a minimum of 5+ years of experience in finance controlling (preferably pharma or fmcg), including 2+ years in leading teams · experience in collaborating with senior management, preferred in a multinational multi-matrix environment. · strong communication and inter-personal skills, high strategic agility, ability to build trust . · proficient in english language, verbal and written (required). · strong knowledge of sap, ms office, powerpoint knowledge of tm1 is an advantage · certification (cima, cma, acca) is an advantage · exposure to sox environment of internal controls
