компания "bat kazakhstan" bat is evolving at pace - truly like no other organization. to achieve the ambition, we have set for ourselves, we are looking for colleagues who are ready to live our ethos every day. come be a part of this journey! bat kazahstan is looking for a demand planning specialist function: marketing location: almaty what you will be accountable for: leading annual marketing planning processes; facilitating discussions regarding brand and trade programs (objectives, activities, application, resources); provide accurate and timely volume analyses to drive planning processes; driving high forecast accuracy; holding/assisting in cycle planning meetings in relation to the end market during the cycle business review, including required inputs/documentation to be submitted, content interpretation, development of recommendations etc., ensuring direct visibility and routine record keeping; ensuring accurate and timely reporting as per the regional & global guidelines; promote best practices, a range of technical tools and collaboration through planning & information manager and training with other functions; provide support to the planning & information manager in nwom deployment while improving the planning process; timely submission of strategy, product and cycle plans. essential experience, skills and knowledge: bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or other relevant fields; a minimum of 3 years experience in demand planning or similar role (preferably demand forecasting for consumables); advanced proficiency in excel, power bi is a plus; good english level of speaking and writing, advanced russian; presentation skills, ability to deliver under time pressure, project management, consumer and trade study. belonging, achieving, together collaboration, diversity and teamwork underpin everything we do here at bat. we know that collaborating with colleagues from different backgrounds is what makes us stronger and best prepared to meet our business goals. come bring your difference!
