компания "кока-кола бишкек боттлерс" demand planning specialist control of presence of company products in warehouses of company and distributors by effectively managing distributor replenishment process (vmi&fairshare) indicators to ensure a sustainable replenishment order process for distributors and intercompany shipments in order to eliminate stock-out. main responsibilities/ duties: managing distributor replenishment process (vmi&fairshare) indicators to ensure a sustainable replenishment order process for distributors and intercompany shipments in order to eliminate stock-out. field day-to-day support on arising issues related to stocks/demand planning, problem solving skills, close work with other departments tracking daily oos and overstock analysis to identify root causes and propose actions designing and implementing automated analytical reports in order to increase efficiency with optimized and standardized operations tracking & analyzing shelf-life risky products and over-stock inventories at cci & distributor warehouses to eliminate disposals input into monthly s&op process, with the aim is to integrate supply chain with customer oriented marketing plans and commercial actions in order to eliminate sales loss and increase product availability and profitability with participation of rgm, marketing, finance, sales, supply planning, demand planning and customer supply chain teams. parties regularly address tactical plans and come to agreement for the subjects needed senior management decision following sales actuals and orders in the area of opportunities and risks. providing feedback to the supply chain, marketing and sales teams. analyze demand planning/logistics& supply processes in kyrgyzstan and identify gaps & action plan (understand root cause of the problem and proposing solution) distributor warehouse space assessment, identify sell in opportunities based on space & credit limit availability education and work experience: bachelorchr(39)s degree in business or social sciences fluency in spoken and written english (advanced level) minimum 1 year of experience in logistics proficient in ms office specific knowledge & skills: achievement oriented and focused on producing results. ability to work in a team, high level of personal responsibility analytical mindset
