компания "нипигаз" responsible for the project planning within designated areas and disciplines of the project. the planning engineer assures construction procedures and best practices are applied as appropriate. the position will contribute to the development and improvement of the comprehensive project controls system applied to the arctic lng 2 project. main responsibilities: responsible for the project planning within designated areas and disciplines of the project. the planning engineer assures ht procedures and best practices are applied as appropriate. works with area planners to ensure full, appropriate communication and co-ordination in the achievement of the project objectives. works with discipline leads and staff to both develop and to ensure they understand and agree the project schedule including the development of alternative and remedial plans where required. responsible to assist in the development of a realistic project plan and schedule to meet the project objectives. adhering to the project and area work breakdown structure (wbs). compiling (cpm) critical path method, logic networks. responsible for ensuring that all project standards procedures and systems for project planning and scheduling are followed, assisting in coordinating the planning and scheduling functions for areas and disciplines assigned and ensuring the schedules are integrated into one integrated epc contract schedule (master plan). responsible for the planning progress covering the construction progress and productivity reporting for work areas assigned. assist in the integration of the contractor’s level 4/5 plans and schedules into the level 3 master schedule in accordance to the construction standards and contract requirements. produce and distribute reports on a weekly / monthly basis for progress updating. assess feedback received back from supervisors / contractors by carrying out physical checks on-site. perform schedule assessment and reports that includes the project trends and changes per assigned area. also responsible for all aspects of the planning and scheduling for all designated areas. consistent methods / procedures, compliance with the contract, schedule assurance and team work. perform periodic project schedule risk analysis within areas assigned. requirements: 5 years+ experience on the multinational projects including involvement in and exposure to all areas of project controls; working on major projects for the oil and gas industry, petrochemical industry;higher education; fluency in english (written & spoken); deep knowledge of primavera p6, command of ms excel; organizational skills, communication skills; ability to work with big data. conditions: 56/21 rotation under 6 day working week (sunday is a day off), 10 hour working day; accommodation and office in belokamenka (50 km from murmansk); competitive salary and compensation of travel expenses; international team on a project on a global construction project; official employment in a subsidiary entity of nipigas; voluntary medical insurance.
