компания "ilf kazakhstan" job description review and evaluate epc contractor’s schedules, monitor planning, scheduling and reporting activities by the epc contractor. revision and verification of subcontract plans, documents, procedures and schedules. revision and monitoring of work performance schedule, preparation of analytical conclusions and recommendations. analysis and control of schedules for placing orders, manufacturing, deliveries, acceptance from suppliers and transfer of equipment and materials for installation. support in development of work breakdown structure (wbs), s‑curves, histograms, resource loaded plans and schedules, as required from time to time, with input from pmc management team and lead discipline engineers and with due consideration to the needs and requirements of the client/project management. analyse epc contractor’s schedules, propose to schedule optimization (in consultation with client/project) and helps to make a decisions about optimizing the use of resources in terms of deadlines. participate in weekly progress review meetings to monitor trends in the schedule implementation and work progress, to identify bottlenecks and delays and anticipate future activities to be completed. evaluate critical paths in the project schedules and develop recommendations. report on value of work done calculations based on physical progress measurements verified by the pmc team members which shall be an input for (1) pmc’s regular reporting and (2) for certification of progress/payment applications received from the epc contractor and the issuing of written recommendations to the client regarding the completeness of the work performed and possibility of approving interim payments under the ерс contract. qualification knowledge and experience in international pmc contracts related to the development and management of epc contracts. experience in planning and scheduling, progress monitoring and reporting. experience in major onshore or offshore oil & gas projects, or for major oil company or epc contractor. good understanding of project requirements as a basis for monitoring and reporting on epc contractor’s schedule and cost performance. good knowledge of computer based systems including, microsoft office applications and planning tools, primavera and ms project. education: higher technical education in the field of activity or equivalent is minimum requirement. master degree in relevant field and or professional accreditation from pmi kind of project management associations preferred. language skills: knowledge of russian language on proficiency level and english language not lower than upper-intermediate level. professional experience: min 10 years’ experience in comparable position. other skills: strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills. be proactive, a self-starter and ability to work without supervision. systematic thinker and good organizational skills/ time management skills. strong personality with ability to be firm and persuasive without authority. team player within and across functions. sensitive to client’s requirements and client-focused. tashkent 5/2
