Customer service specialist

компания "еврохим, минерально-химическая компания" duties ensure the required performance in terms of service level and cost-to-serve for both eurochem customers and internal stakeholders; provide regular and ad-hoc reports and analytics; manage & control of full cycle of purchase / sales order creation & execution including but not limited to: customer / supplier interaction in a timely and proactive way contract management order entry and fulfillment order prioritization in a bottlenecked situation ensure order production and shipment scheduling including vessel planning order status monitoring and follow up with a customer / supplier about product allocation and shipment, proactively informing about updated delivery schedule monitoring of invoice and payment statuses document handling: collect requested shipping documents on-time and create new ones as per requirement exceptional order handling for returns including debit notes / credit notes creation handling customer / supplier claims as a part of non-conformance management process post delivery customer service master data maintenance product, customer registration price management support sales and purchasing planning; ensure professional cross-functional collaboration and alignment as a part of daily routine and project assignments; collaborate with plants and ports to calculate product stock balance requirements higher education. specialty: supply chain management, commerce, logistics experience in commodity business, preferably in export additional work experience in supply chain management or logistics as advantage conceptual understanding of order-to-cash process and its connection with sales planning, production and logistics processes experience with track & trace experience in sap or other erp system advanced user of ms office knowledge of the document flow for export deliveries by sea, road and rail transport accuracy in working with documents fluency in russian and english (oral and written)
