IT support specialist

Responsibilities:1. Providing workplace services for Bank employees:· to exercise the process of workplaces providing and support· to exercise the process of office IT-equipment support (MFP, printers, VCS systems, phones, etc)· to provide consultations to office users 2. Assisting to system administrators:· to assist system administrators in hardware· to assist system administrators in software, following to existing scripts· to assist system administrators in other tasks, following to existing scripts 3. Following Service desk processes:· to register, classify, escalate SD requests· to treat service-desk tasks properly· to respect all the SLAs 4. Resources administration;· to exercise the access management process (including corporate services, application access, workgroups, etc)· to track all the office IT-equipment· to purchase office IT-equipment and accessories Experience and Skills:· Experience from 2 years working as a desktop support specialist· Fluent English· Advanced user of personal computers· Knowledge of Windows7-10 administration· Knowledge of standard office software administration· Knowledge of IT equipment diagnostic process· Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networks is a plus· Basic knowledge of Linux OS administration is a plus· PowerShell scrips development knowledge is a plus
