компания "ancor" our is client is a large asian company is looking for a lawyer with a focus on contract work. responsibilities: contractual work: drafting, revision, approval of various types of contracts including but not limited distribution agreements, service agreements, bonus agreements, supply contracts (import/export), e-commerce agreements (b2b, b2c), other contracts (services, purchase, marketing, etc.); development of templates of legal documents (contracts, applications, letters, policies, etc.); verification of contracts for compliance with the developed templates; company internal documents review (policies, orders, instructions); commercial litigation (preparing legal position, claim application, participating in court sessions, enforcement proceedings). requirements: at least 5 years or more post-graduate experience (experience in contractual law is preferrable); good understanding of civil law, commercial law, etc; good command of english language (at least upper-intermediate level of english writing/speaking skill is needed). conditions: salary + bonuses; medical insurance; mobile compensation; meal compensation; fitness compensation; location - the center of moscow.
