Наш клиент - крупная азиатская компания ищет к себе в юридический отдел Юриста с фокусом на договорную работу. Обязанности: Contractual work: drafting, revision, approval of various types of contracts including but not limited distribution agreements, service agreements, bonus agreements, supply contracts (import/export), E-commerce agreements (b2b, b2c), other contracts (services, purchase, marketing, etc.); Development of templates of legal documents (contracts, applications, letters, policies, etc.); Verification of contracts for compliance with the developed templates; Company internal documents review (policies, orders, instructions); Providing legal advisory upon request from Company business units; Commercial litigation (preparing legal position, claim application, participating in court sessions, enforcement proceedings); Review and response public authoritieschr(39) request. Требования: At least 5 years or more post-graduate experience (experience in contractual law is preferrable); Good understanding of civil law, commercial law, etc; Good command of English language (at least upper-intermediate level of English writing/speaking skill is needed).
