компания "ренейссанс хэви индастрис" for arctic lng 2 project based in murmansk. responsibilities: reviewing project welding specifications, procedures and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback; creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured weld procedure specs (wps) and execution of pqrs with naks certification; estimating, prioritizing, planning, scheduling and coordinating weld technologies qualification work scope; prepare and verify correctness of technical content of welder’s qualification in accordance with relevant project specs and russian normative documentations technical requirements. keep tracking registers of wpqrs; carry out in process parameter checks on welding operations i.e. pipe and sheet metal fabrication and installation, pre-heat, consumables, inter-pass temperature, weld / pipe protection and cleaning as defined in the approved weld procedure specification (including any post weld heat treatment); on request monitor welder / welding procedure qualification/ testing to be undertaken and review associated results from the subcontractor in conjunction with any appointed third party inspector; qualification of subcontractors (rgs, kleever, rhi, etc); report all on the job welding related quality, health and safety incidents to the qc manager. experience&certification: english - mandatory; university degree in oil&gas, civil; deep knowledge in welding technology; naks level iv certification; 10 years of relevant experience; experience on large scale international o&g projects in russia (yamal lng, amur gas procesing plant, etc.) conditions: work at the facility in murmansk (belokamenka). opportunity to gain invaluable experience in the international projects of the company; timely payments official employment from the first day of work prizes based on the results of work on the project flight compensation, meals, accommodation (dormitory room)stability and reliability.
