компания "бюро веритас казахстан индастриал сервисез" продолжительность работы: 30-40 дней the welding engineer experienced with gost, snip standards, қр сп 3.05-101-2013 for the following scope of work to be completed in 2 months:• preparation of preliminary welding procedures: pwps and welding matrix (wpqr vs. material, thickness, diameter, position etc.) in cooperation with renco-kat and according to the welding equipment and experience of the two subcontractors. wps shall cover the whole scope of work: small bore, large bore, repair, all materials, including repair procedures custom made for the two subcontractors• review of pwps with client (in atyrau, 7days) and obtaining client’s signature• witness of welding of samples at subcontractor’s workshops and record of welding parameters• witness or review of laboratory destructive test and ndt results (as required)• develop wpqr and get approval from client and client third party• preparation of production wps for the two subcontractors and final approval by client place of work: based in atyrauschedule of work: 10 hoursrequired total experience: 5 years of minimum experience past experience as welding engineer good knowledge about welding process & shall be an expert in welding fabrication code for pipeline sp_rk_3.05-101-2013 welding certification: naks level – iii as minimum. required qualification and certificates: welding certificate: naks level – iii as minimum.
