компания "антал бизнес решения (тм antal kazakhstan)" international fmcg company is looking for internal auditor responsibilities performs analysis of internal control procedures and create monitoring tools helps to design and administer the company’s internal control procedures assists in the preparation of the annual risk assessment manages communication with internal auditors performs financial stability analysis of companychr(39)s customers leads credit committee meetings and credit control process develops and provides employee training on compliance policies, practices, and reporting systems acts as an expert on a internal control topic by showing ability to make decisions, manage and influence employees involved in the projects to achieve the goals set. manages policy updates: work with subject matter experts to updаtеpolicies but also ensure controls are embedded in the policies reviews access management in erp system, understands if segregation of duties conflicts, work with the key user to find a solution, be the point of contact acts as a back-to-back for the financial reporting function to ensure statements are issued in accordance with ifrs and group reporting guidelines a successful candidate in this role will have the following skills and experience: graduate degree in finance, economics, business, accounting or a related field relevant experience in internal control function of international fmcg/cpg industries experienced user of excel and power point ability to learn quickly and lead challenge status quo & curiosity to new opportunities good knowledge of international financial reporting standards fluent english positive attitude
