компания "беко" responsibilities prepare the company’s annual audit plan schedules and plans audits; initiates project planning, assess risk and develops audit direction execute planned audits into the company, including inspecting accounts, checking compliance with applicable laws, detecting ineffective or inefficient practices and verifying financial records organize and present meaningfully detailed reports to communicate the results of an audit to company management supplement written reports with suggestions for changes in policy communicate with other departments to verify records and confirm company policies review periodically company inventory, records, assets, payrolls, cash on hand, insurance, tax statements and use the information to guide processes research laws and regulations and examine the company’s books to ensure compliance, and inform management immediately if there is a discrepancy deep dive into business processes of the company, interview departments, draft flowcharts of business processes, identify gaps, provide suggestions control implementation of agreed actions by responsible people in due dates ad-hoc tasks from management (checks, investigations, due diligence of companies). qualifications & skills: bachelorchr(39)s degree in accounting, finance, engineering or another related field at least 3 years of experience in audit (external or internal) preferably big4 experience preferably experience in internal audit consulting or forensic preferably having cia or acca certificates, or russian auditor’s license preferably experience of working in sap strong knowledge of standards, procedures, and general auditing policies effective and explicit communication skills in both oral and written forms sound english communication skills advanced ms excel and ms powerpoint user preferably experience in ms visio readiness for business trips to vladimir region (kirzhach) and lipetsk region (up to 20-30%). ability to analyze data and give correct interpretations ability to analyze and solve problems relating to auditing and related disciplines strong knowledge in the area of financial record keeping procedures, laws, and regulations.
