Hiring and training sales managers Search for an effective sales strategy Execute staffing plan, call plan, sales plan Systematization of training materials for managers Sales analytics, planning Implement and maintain all necessary reporting to the SEO You are eligible if: 1. You have experience in working as a Head of Sales department and building a remote SD You know how to form a team and manage it Experience in tourism and in the sale of tourism products will be an advantage Your English is fluent or you are a native speaker.
