HR Assistant

HR Assistant Responsibilities: Assist the HR department with daily operations (e.g. scanning, copying, printing, etc.); Provide administrative support to the chiefs upon request; Update employee records (soft and hard copies); Handle employee requests regarding HR issues; Communicate with MIA, tax offices, bank when necessary; Maintain personal folders of employees and update them on a regular basis; Assist HR specialists with preparing orders, agreements and other necessary documents; Help manage office supplies (order stationary, water, etc. when necessary). HR Assistant Requirements: A bachelor degree or equivalent; Fluency in written and spoken Russian and English (upper-intermediate and above); Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Access); Stress management skills; Excellent communication skills.
