компания "brunel russia" responsibilities: creates and supports an organizational culture that enables effective hse management; ensures the hse plan development and implementation for the project construction phase. manages functional and contractor construction teams’ activities to deliver: - hse management and control; - construction project engineering support for onshore and offshore assets; - management of construction aspects at the feed (front-end engineering) and execute stages of the project; - facilitation of constructability reviews at feed phase; - construction execution from the point of offshore/onshore assets projects delivery divisions handover to org.unit at work pack afc (approval for construction) stage. ensures compliance with the construction implementation procedures in accordance with the approved project engineering management system chr(40)ipmschr(41). ensures acceptance and execution of work packs, equipment procurement, fabrication contract management, fabrication activity coordination, logistics, construction supervision to mechanical completion (mc) stage. ensures development of the construction implementation strategy of his project taking into account the hazard identification of hazards operation, including identifying the objective, scope of work, construction implementation plans, resource schedules plans. analyses demand management for relevant specialty personnel of each asset/platform and mobilizes personnel for work execution. manages and/or coordinates all fabrication requirements for onshore and offshore assets including management of the fabrication contracts, control of fabrication schedule, cost, scope and progress manages multi-disciplined construction workforce on the designated asset for safe implementation of construction activities in accordance with construction hse execution plan and permit to work system. controls works performed by engineering contractors are in accordance with international and rf standards requirements, rules and specifications participates in the processes of material and equipment procurement, providing technical inputs to request for bids and facilitating technical bid evaluations. coordinates resolution of construction related technical issues in conjunction with company’s approved internal and external subject matter experts (ta’s, engineering contractors, etc.) of appropriate level. executes change management process in accordance with the company standards and procedures for assigned projects, including earlier identification, processing and approval of changes, implementing mitigation and recovery plans. provides input to internal and external construction reports including submittals to the company management and shareholders contributes to the development of delegated projects constructability reviews, construction hazid and hazop, simops identification and mitigation. participates in the on-asset personnel planning (30 days, 90 days, 2 years). studies causes of schedule disruption and deterioration of construction and erection work quality; takes measures for their prevention and elimination. carries out technical acceptance of completed construction and erection works and facilities; prepares required technical documentation. ensures high-quality design of the necessary technical documentation and its timely provision to stakeholder participates in development of construction standards and procedures. performs other tasks received from line manager and performs all other responsibilities required for fulfilment of the tasks and functions assigned to the org.unit. requirements: higher professional (technical) education in the field of construction or higher (technical) education - bachelor degree or special and vocational education professional retraining programs in the field of professional activity for non-core education; additional training in construction management and issow implementation; at least 5 years of work experience of construction at various projects of oil and gas industry. location : yuzhno-sakhalinsk, 5/2 in office, with possibility to switch to the rotational mode (working offshore on pa-a) starting from may-2023 year.
