компания "citibank" it business analyst/project manager in markets & securities services technology will be responsible for local applications development projects covering securities services business in russia, ukraine, kazakhstan. position assumes both business analyst and project management responsibilities to deliver technology projects: requirements clarifications, communications with vendor development teams, end to end projects oversight. responsibilities: management of projects to deliver local applications development; requirements clarifications with business and business analysis; management of vendor development team to deliver software development projects; management of development pipeline of application working with business to establish transparent prioritization process; collaboration with production support to ensure transparency and accountability for business; application management of local application portfolio (ownership of risk & control items); managing business relationships and being collaborative it partner for business; fully comply with all corporate and external policies and standards; report any issues requiring management attention appropriately; perform other functions as requested by management which are in line with position objective. qualifications: proven 5+ years’ experience in development projects for financial companies as ba/pm; excellent soft skills and customer-oriented mind; fluent english (verbal and written); good understanding of capital markets products; ability to work on several projects with tight timelines in parallel and under pressure; ability to work in distributed team; master degree or equivalent in it. what we offer: work mode: official employment, remote or partial office; benefits: health insurance (covering family), full sick leave payment, additional vacation days, favorable credit facilities, internal education system, global career opportunities.
