Industrial Safety and Environmental Lead Engineer

компания "филиал ооо китайская национальная химико-инженерная строительная компания №7" responsibilities: manage, review and coordinate industrial safety and environmental aspects of design at all stages of project execution, including but not limited to: process and industrial safety, human factors, passive/active fire protection and firefighting, fire&gas detection, explosion and dispersion analysis, environmental protection organize and coordinate safety, environmental and operability reviews (hazop, envid, sil), including follow up on action items from the reviews participate in reviews and formulation of technical solutions for the client in part of design basis, scope of work, initial data, kick-off meeting assist clients towards feasible options and manage expectations epfcm, epc pre-contract activities, itb, preparing estimates and price comparisons (pdp, feed, pd, detail engineering subcontractors) schedule and coordinate discipline work to deadlines and within financial budgets contribute to get client’s approval of technical documents check and monitor issue quality within the project prepare drc, adrc, comments to project documentation review vendor/contractor documentation, including msds, safety plans, hazop/sil reports, explosion/dispersion, noise studies, environmental studies provide support in safety equipment/systems selection requirements: master degree in engineering (process, mechanical, industrial safety or equal) at least 7 years’ experience in oil&gas or petrochemical industry proven experience in arranging/participating in hazop and sil reviews experience in passive and active fire protection, f&g detection, environmental analysis experience working as hse engineer in international epc company will be an advantage experience in passing state environmental expertise will be an advantage good english speaking skills (upper-intermediate) we offer: contract as per rf labor code work in moscow office schedule: regular 5/2 week, from 9 am till 6 pm voluntary medical insurance policy
