компания "pepsico" обязанности: monthly financial closing according us gaap and pepsico financial policies: ensure all necessary steps are performed to submit complete and accurate cis financial statements to pepsico corporate reporting system in time according pepsico reporting calendar; ensure all required financial and management reports submit on time according reporting instruction; ensure compliance with us gaap and pepsico financial policies, sox and internal control requirements; financial reporting preparation under corporate requirements: develop and support regular and ad-hoc management reports and breakdowns; implement new reporting requirements according pepsico financial policies and us gaap; constantly review and analyze reporting and accounting processes to develop and improve data quality and transparency of cis financial statements. provide guidance and train local reporting teams on financial reporting and internal controls processes and procedures participation in projects related to the optimization of accounting and reporting processes, the implementation of new accounting systems. perform financial controls at cis reporting hq level. financial control testing, identification of controls deficiencies and implementation of activities to eliminate it. make suggestions for the financial internal control system optimization, perform other actions necessary to maintain an effective internal control system. требования: higher education in finance (preferably accounting, audit and analysis) english: intermediate level is a must, the higher level will be considered as an advantage 3+ years relevant working experience in corporate reporting (gaap or ifrs)/internal controls/external audit (preferably big4), profound knowledge of ms office (especially excel: financial functions, pivots) work experience with sap and/or 1c is a plus acca/cima/dipifr in process or completed will be an advantage
