компания "fix" we provide a market leading mobile/web international payments and card solutions to customers in over 100 countries and have an ambition to grow and scale into exciting new markets during 2022. we’re a team of 200+ customer obsessed, fintech talents with a broad spectrum of experiences, passionate about people who crave fast scale growth and technological transformation. we are radically transforming ourselves to become a company focused on growth and agility, while putting customers at the centre of everything we do, and we believe that our people are our most important asset. what you will do: filter requirements from multiple stakeholders throughout the business and help the prioritisation process. work with the design and development team on product features. develop the core positioning and messaging for the product help produce product collateral for all new features for business and customer use cases. help with customer success and interactions. support the sales and marketing teams in bringing automation and personalisation to every piece of customer communication. collaborate closely with engineering and product teams on the development, qa, and release of products. communicate product strategy and present reports to key stakeholders including problems and solutions. working with head of product to build product plans, roadmaps, delivery, release planning. leads all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line develop the product roadmap to improve the online customer experience and business competitiveness. requirements: speaking russian and proficient english is a must minimum of 5 years’ experience as a product manager domain expertise in online products, apis and international product delivery has good technical understanding of the software development lifecycle ability to visualize and explain complexity to both technical and non-technical audiences understanding of service design methods and design thinking. good understanding of agile roles, process. feeling comfortable discussing and engaging with development team excellent written and verbal english communication skills to apply: candidate must have an exceptional cv that demonstrates their experience your cv must be in english
