компания "avon" responsibilities: plans, monitors and tracks sg&a opex (month, quarter, year) on a monthly basis drives actions to recover opex to the target level and provides clear analysis of opex components for business team provides financial support to strategic initiatives to support profitable growth initiates discussions with business team and provides professional recommendations on opex optimization evaluate risks and opportunities participates in month end closing and forecast activities: accruals validation, analysis and posting, intercompany transactions posting, global templates fulfillment ensures compliance with global reporting requirements creates financial instruments and financial models for planning participates in local and regional cross functional projects related to improving business results participates in finance projects related to automatization of reporting, planning and analysis ensures controls are in place and working. design and contribute to company financial policies formulation. performs other duties and projects assigned by the finance manager requirements: finance / economic degree. 3-4 years of financial experience preferred commercial finance/fp&a background. network building and communication oriented, cross-functional work experience, learning agility, drive for change. strong leadership ability. strong knowledge of ms office (excel), understanding of management reporting & variance analysis principles. - power query would be an additional advantage. upper intermediate english
