компания "аристек системс" aristek systems is actively involved in the development of innovative it solutions for the us and european markets. our team consists of over 130 highly qualified professionals of various it-spheres. now we are looking for marketing specialist to join our team! nb! there is an opportunity to work remotely. responsibilities: own marketing strategies aiming to find new and innovative ways to increase revenue and meet company goals in partnership with sales / lead generation teams gaining alignment on key growth opportunities. lead and manage the growth process across all stages (e.g., evaluate, ideate, experiment, scale, measure, and iterate quantitative and qualitative user insights to inform the growth roadmap). conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive engagement. manage all social media (including facebook, twitter, linkedin, instagram), publishing platforms (medium, hackernoon)and directories (clutch, manifest, goodfirms), drive content creation. prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level. provide feedback on initiatives executed to enable continuous growth and marketing strategy improvement. develop, implement, and track email and linkedin (including events) marketing programs. manage marketing and content through marketing automation tools, such as hubspot. conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities. develop and create marketing materials, such as sales collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met. write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums. work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs. undertake competitor research and analyses. requirements: 2+ years of experience in marketing role with emphasis on growth and performance within b2b space in it company. proven experience in increasing sales leads in the us and eu. knowledge of middle eastern market gonna be a plus. proven track record of success in marketing role. experience with digital marketing and growth projects from ideation to completion. experience partnering cross-functionally with design, sales and other teams. high level of creativity and ability to think outside the box. ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure. strong analytical and project management skills. proficient in microsoft office suite (word, excel, outlook, and access), adobe creative suite, and crm/ cms software. experience using analytics software. bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field. english - advanced. benefits you get with us:- modern office with equipped kitchen and comfortable workstations (not open space);- ability to choose the format of the work (remote or in an office);- team buildings, corporate parties and other extracurricular events;- gifts in case of important events in your life (birthday/wedding/the birth of a child);- payment of advanced trainings, conferences and educational courses;- flexible working hours;- medical insurance in 30 medical centers;- 50% payment of skyeng english classes;- 50% payment of gold card allsport (network of gyms, fitness, tennis courts, swimming pools, etc.);- discount card (discount card for various places: pubs, cafes, beauty salons, etc.);- the company will pay 50% of mybook service (digital library).
