компания "access softek (ип гурфинг михаил григорьевич)" access softek is looking for an experienced senior manual qa engineer who loves their job and is willing to make the world better. we are a software company headquartered in berkeley, california and creating a digital banking solution: online banking, mobile banking, omnichannel lending, and omnichannel account opening. today our 300+ employees are serving over 400 financial institutions and reaching over 3 million mobile banking end-users every month. our focus is on innovation: mobile-first, machine-learning, and ai everywhere. you are going to work in a multinational team with developers, qa, product owner and scrum master who will help you to get into the depth of banking applications, practice english speaking skills, and support you all along. the project includes many different interesting features, e.g. bank transfers, and gives an opportunity to deepen your knowledge in the technical aspects of the web and mobile application architecture. the main focus of the team is on external deposits and checks features and the testing is conducted on different platforms (desktop: win, mac os; mobile: android, ios), different mobile devices that the company provides. this is an opportunity for candidates to learn a lot about fintech and banking solutions. responsibilities: review and analyze business requirements estimate and plan qa efforts drive test coverage evaluation meetings and create a traceability matrix choose effective test design techniques and create needed test documents prepare all important aspects for test executions perform manual testing on different platforms and devices (web and mobile) report defects and support them during the life cycle review, analyze and document test results be proactive in collaboration with team members (sdets, devs, po, sm) participate actively in scrum ceremonies during the whole sprint cycle requirements: 3+ years of qa experience and strong skills in software testing experience in web and mobile applications testing english level (speaking, writing, reading) - strong intermediate level highly organized with an ability to handle multiple tasks able to adjust your schedule to synchronize with the team good knowledge of qa process, terminology and methodology understanding of agile methodologies and scrum processes/roles able to learn new tools and technologies quickly good teamwork skills good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills experience in defect tracking systems and test tools understanding of client-server application architecture as plus: experience in work with jira and confluence experience with reading logs experience with bdd scenarios creation experience in working with a distributed team istqb certificate our benefits: flexible working hours experienced development teams work from anywhere in the world long-term employment competitive salary paid vacation and days off on national holidays paid sick leave and internal medical insurance policy mental health coverage global corporate events for all staff compensation for training and additional education community of practice, regular knowledge sharing among colleagues provision of computer equipment internet compensation (50$ per month) and other benefits, described in detail in the staff handbook
