компания "школа программирования kodland (ооо кодленд)" kodland is an international online school for kids and teens from 6 to 17 years old. we teach programming, digital creativity and must-have computer knowledge. the company started in 2018 and was scaling quickly during these years. now we operate in 40 countries and have more than 2000 employees. our courses’ syllabuses are developed by teachers with extensive professional experience in computer science and are taught by qualified instructors. our objective is to give the students sufficient knowledge on the digital professions in demand and to prove that computers can become a powerful tool for personal development. we are growing and changing! today we are looking for a c&b senior specialist. apply and join our team!what you will do: structuring a group of companies in order to optimize taxation; checking the tax reporting of legal entities outside the russian federation for the correctness of the calculation of the tax base; initiation of the creation of legal entities in various countries for the purposes of tax optimization; informing about emerging tax risks with an assessment of their magnitude and probability of occurrence; verification and description of the tax system in the countries where the company enters the market; communication with tax authorities if necessary what we will be expecting from you: excellent knowledge of all the principles of tax accounting; experience in international taxation; knowledge of the basic conditions of dtt/cid, knowledge of the main types of corporate and individual taxes; tax reporting experience will be an advantage; the experience of communication with tax authorities outside the russian federation (within the framework of tax audits) will be an advantage; high level of personal responsibility.
