Head of Performance Marketing

компания "orientswiss tashkent" we are looking for a professional comfortable operating in a fast-paced start-up, with an international and multicultural environment. the ideal candidate must be highly analytical, detail oriented and have a track-record of delivering results on performance marketing channels. responsibilities: work with management to deliver performance marketing strategies and plans, focused on acquisition of new customers across channels, including paid digital/social, sem for web and in app. strategize, create, monitor, maintain, and optimize campaigns across google adwords, facebook ads manager, and other third-party digital media outlets. have solid knowledge of all performance marketing tactics across multiple advertising channels. (display / sem / paid social / app). analyse paid marketing kpis by channel/campaign and dynamically reallocate the budget to maximize the kpis. contribute to setting the marketing plan for each country and forecasting targets and kpis for paid marketing channels. innovate and implement test and learn strategies, implement ongoing improvements and invest in areas that drive scalable results. update business managers with insights and recommendations, related to return on ads, growth milestones, campaign performance, growth opportunities, sales and growth forecasts. alternate between being a strategic thinker and a hands-on builder. act as a natural leader who can execute their strategy in a complex cross functional environment and can drive other team members to a pure performance and analytical approach. requirements: bachelor’s degree in marketing or related subject. min 6 years of performance marketing experience, executive + manager. experience (or preferably certifications) with google ads, facebook, google analytics. previous experience with ecommerce or fintech is mandatory. proficient in english and either russian or arabic. startup experience, able to run things with a lot of autonomy and tight budgets. extensive experience with adjust is an advantage.
