компания "brainpower group" our client, international production company, is looking for hr manager russia for its plant, located in kaluga region. role & responsibilitiesthe hr manager provides hr support to the local businessand is responsible for the application of the global hr strategy and processes in his/her area of responsibility. a strong hr business partnership with business managers is crucial to the success in this function. this job will report to the general managers russia and the group hr director. key focus area 1. talent acquisition ✓ develop and maintain employer brand and reputation in local communities. ✓ organize and lead the recruitment and selection process based on values and process (for white and blue collar). ✓ manage profile definition (competencies, hard & soft skills...) and reach consensus across hiring team. ensure focus of recruitment and selection on the agreed profile. ✓ coach hiring manager and team to hire best candidates according to policy. ✓ ensure effective onboarding of newcomers. ✓ manage workforce planning (approval of vacancies, recruitment cost management...). 2. talent management ✓ support line managers in the successful integration and long term development of their employees. ✓ ensure annual rom-process and 9 grid exercise take place at a high quality. follow up on action planning following 9 grid reviews. ✓ create and implement talent management strategy in line with business needs. develop and implement l&d programs. ✓ support internal career moves and provide training support. ✓ development of blue collars to improve retention. 3. employee life cycle management ✓ develop policies and practices in line with global policies and spirit. ✓ ensure compliance with local employment law, tax and other regulations applicable to employment. align internal policies with local practice and legal regulations. ✓ support salary review process and provide insights in local market practices and regulation affecting compensation and benefits. ✓ write/maintain a compensation policy for local purposes (annual). ✓ manage and ensure correct payroll, benefit and other employment administration. liaise with accounting for calculations, payments, etc. ✓ automate and digitalize administrative processes to improve efficiency. 4. hr budget management ✓ support budget process with necessary information and calculations regarding salary, benefit and other employment cost. ✓ manage hr department budget. 5. employee relations ✓ manage internal communication (announcement of newcomers, events, ...). ✓ lead programs to keep high employee motivation, engagement and performance culture. ✓ work together with leadership to ensure well being of employees. ✓ ensure fair treatment of employees. ✓ provides support to employees and managers as a trusted advisor. ✓ take on the role of mediator in conflict or sensitive situations. skills & competencies ✓ strong communication and interpersonal skills ✓ willing to take responsibility and be pro-active ✓ openness and growth mindset ✓ strong business understanding ✓ managerial courage ✓ agile (flexible, adopt for changes while keeping the eye on the objectives/results) ✓ change management experience ✓ team player ✓ discrete ✓ university degree preferable in human sciences ✓ 5 years of hr experience in an international company ✓ good knowledge of russian employment law and practices; able to explain russian legal rules to non-russians ✓ english working knowledge (verbal & written) ✓ a first people management experience is a plus ✓ willing to travel occasionally
