компания "бакарди рус" your opportunity you will be the strategic technology partner for the business. you will be accountable for the end to end portfolio, delivery and operations of technology, communications and primos experiences. you will drive communications globally and deliver best-in-class technological initiatives that bring primos together for exceptional experiences as you raise the overall technology and digital capabilities of the organization. about you an inspirational and proven leader who is able to execute at an operational level to provide incredible technical support and end-user experiences whithin operating at a strategic level to build planning and budget cycles and facilitating business engagement. a subject matter expert who can see the bigger picture in how digital and technology will feed our ‘new better’ and support our business strategy through finding efficiencies. your key responsibilities will be to: translate the company and functional strategy into a relevant technology strategy for russia. drive and deliver priorities: identify and articulate technology needs for the russian market prioritize those needs based on the potential value added to the business ensure alignment behind priorities with the leadership teams operationalize priorities into projects and resources plan against them manage the project portfolio to ensure on going reviews and delivery against key kpis provide input to the product/services organizations so that they may have all the relevant information to better serve the region you represent. create a winning team spirit and build an organization for the future: orchestrate the functioning of the matrix organization, pulling in the appropriate resources as needed align all team-members to targets, our business strategy and create a passion for winning in the team ensure implementation of learning and development programs and sustained learning for everyone in your country people and team management: organize and lead multi-functional projects teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities across the program interact with project managers to provide support and guidance on the individual projects as well as to convey the important relationship of each project to the bigger picture win in technology and digital through coaching, mentoring and providing constructive feedback to develop the tech team business and community engagement: build relationships and communicate continuously with your country and functional leadership teams: know your business partners to represent their needs and to identify urgent needs; raise awareness and ensure your lead team members have a clear sense of what technology is and how they can leverage our services; act as a technology consultant when required create excellent relationships with the technology services organizations leveraging internal and external resources be the escalation point for technology service performance issues/outages go across the boundaries of the business/services lines to get people engaged when needed create lasting beneficial relationships with strategic external partners and vendor management. the skills and experience needed to create your legacy: fluent russian and english 10+ years it experience in multinational company leadership experience within a matrix organization participation in leadership role in erp implementation or support (sap will be an advantage) it-infrastructure projects or support experience an effective project manager able to partner with the business to deliver added value solutions strong commercial and financial acumen extensive experience in multiple technology services / programs within the company personal qualities a nurturing line leader, mentor, and coach who can build and support high performing teams an agile learner that can perform well in new and ambiguous situations a partner that builds relationships through trust, respect, and open communication
