Corporate Sales manager

компания "intercontinental moscow tverskaya" intercontinental hotels & resorts® look for ambitious and talented people to join our team. here at intercontinental moscow tverskaya, we have a fantastic opportunity for a person with intellectual curiosity and high level of self-motivation to join us as a corporate sales manager. job responsibilities: you will establish client base of individuals, organizations, and/or corporate businesses through direct outside and inside selling to secure business for the hotel to ensure that room night sales and revenue goals are met or exceeded. you will actively prospect and qualify new business, produce and/or review all sales contracts, rate agreements while monitor and handle inquiry calls and provide client proposals in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures. you will arrange and conduct special events, site inspections, and off-site presentations for potential clients and produce monthly sales-related reports and sales forecasts for assigned area of responsibility. you will attend and represent hotel at trade shows and conventions and participate in sales trips. qualifications: this role requires 2 years of sales and marketing related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. prior hotel sales experience is strongly preferred. fluent oral and written russian and english, strong communication skills, knowledge of opera are expected. mathematical skills, including basic math, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances are utilized frequently. problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities are used often. compensation & benefits: in return, wechr(39)ll give you a supportive environment where youchr(39)re recognized and rewarded for your achievements. we also offer: competitive salary with bonus plan, medical insurance including dentist, comfortable office with tverskaya view, hotel discounts worldwide, opportunities to learn new skills and grow your career.
