Senior VoIP Engineer

компания "dins" responsibilities: lead new device deployments and software upgrades/patches. review network design and configuration and make recommendations to improve functionality and quality. participate with engineering teams on next generation design and architecture. design and grow ha carrier configurations with carriers and ringcentral voip components. study trends and participate in scaling adjustments for capacity of components, resources and sessions. perform forecast and failover modeling analysis. diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve service issues related to voip telephony platforms and applications. work with engineering teams to collaborate on solutions and approach for persistent issues. monitor and manage call quality and reliability of telephony infrastructure. implementation of network changes. develop and maintain operational process and procedure documents and network change management records. participate in shared on call support rotation. requirements: minimum 5 years of technical operational experience with service provider (carrier) networks. excellent understanding of all aspect of session border controllers – preferable sonus and acme, but knowledge of others is welcomed. very strong linux/unix/windows server experience and/or related subsystems. scripting experience is a must. sql database experience is a plus. advanced level understanding of sip, rtp, rtcp and related. ability to capture and analyze sip and rtp traces to isolate and resolve issues. in-depth understanding of mos score, jitter, delay, etc. and how to troubleshoot these occurrences. excellent verbal and written communication skills. ability and desire to thrive in a fast paced start up environment. we offer: work for foreign company (georgia), further relocation to spain or estonia. relocation bonus. well-coordinated professional team. cutting edge technologies, interesting and challenging tasks, dynamic project, great opportunities for self-realization, professional and career growth. job placement and payment of salary take place according to the labor code, as well as vacation and sick lists. corporate training programs, english language courses.
