компания "met t&s ltd" maire tecnimont group is an industrial leader in engineering & construction, technology & licensing, and energy business development and ventures. listed on the milan stock exchange, the group is among the top-ranking worldwide engineering contractors. located inside kuibyshevazot industrial premises (in tolyatti, located in the samara region russia), volgafert will produce and commercialize high-quality urea both for domestic and export markets. the new urea production unit will be developed on the basis of stamicarbon urea technology. the project’s scope of work envisages the provision of engineering services, equipment and material supply and construction activities up to commissioning, start up and guarantee test run of a granulated urea plant with a capacity of 540,000 t/y. responsibilities: to develop the detailed commissioning procedures; to field check and prepare relevant commissioning punch list; to organize and manage the sub-contractor works following the working and safety procedures; support the vendor specialists in the execution of the job and coordinate their actions with the commissioning supervisors;erection and commissioning commissioning of multistage centrifugal pumps, reciprocating pumps, screw pumps, gear pumps & metering pumps (dosing pump) etc.; steam network preparation and target blowing; oil flushing of compressors and pumps; steam turbine solo run & mechanical test run and commissioning of multistage centrifugal compressors; p&id checking and punch list preparation; desiccant catalyst loading; water flushing, air blowing, cardboard blasting, hydro jetting of process pipelines and nitrogen purging; leak test, box-up and preservation of equipment and process systems; instrument loop and interlock functional checks; chemical cleaning of equipment;operation responsible for the safe, efficient and optimal operation of urea plant; implement the area safety, quality and environmental plan for the production teams; monitor plant conditions and takes necessary corrective actions to maintain safe and reliable operation; provide direct mentoring to shift staff; development and improve standard operating procedures; issue permit to work (ptw) for all maintenance jobs only after following all safety practices as stated in sops; plan & coordinate to carry out maintenance activities during the shift hours with all safety measures; conduct and organize root cause analysis for plant problems; optimize process parameter and evaluate plant performance and execute solution in consultation of management; mentor young staff, conduct classroom or on-job training as needed; impart safety talk to field personnel (including maintenance personnel) before the start of the activities; maintain shift logbook shutdown job list; execute modification and suggestions as communicated by management. qualification: university degree or diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent. requirements: fluent english; excellent it and analytical skills; excellent communications, team-oriented and interpersonal skills; attention to details; self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution. experience: minimum 10 years of experience of urea plant commissioning/ operation of a stamicarbon with a granulator; 5 years of experience as shift in-charge in a urea fertilizer; in depth knowledge of urea plant operation and trouble shooting; similar role covered at least in last three projects, of comparable size; experience working on contractor side. terms: competitive salary package with benefits; single status; full board and accommodation on site; travel to home country in economy class. due to language barrier please submit cv in english. only russian nationals with significant experience, consistent with the relevant field, will be considered for this position. to get more information about maire tecnimont, its projects and vacancies please visit corporate website.
