Finance Director

компания "hays" our client - international middle-sized b2b company is looking for finance director who will be responsible for all financial and accounting issues in russia.the main responsibilities will include: partnering with the business and developing and executing overall financial strategy for the country; providing strategic and financial counsel to the senior management team; providing market insights and analysis from a financial perspective. moreover you will manage the whole of the finance tasks, including accounting and reporting, planning and analysis, forecasting and budgeting, tax and treasury, whilst ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements.you will have 3 people under supervision.in order to get the job you should have at least 3-5 years’ experience (including fd role), preferably gained within small/middle-sized international pharma, b2b or fmcg companies and extensive financial management experience, including exposure to accounting, reporting tax and financing activities.company expects you to have excellent interpersonal skills, strong people development and team management experience and good english language skills.this is permanent position with good compensation package.
