Market Access Manager

компания "берингер ингельхайм" we are currently looking for market access manager to join the team. the person will: define ma opportunities for strategic brands; develop projects facilitating federal and local access; settle and maintain strong relationship with kols in strategic therapeutic areas; develop and implement of ma strategy in line with brand strategy; lead the preparation of dossiers and key messages for inclusion of company brands into federal and regional reimbursement; develop regional ma strategy, analyze the possibilities of 1) inclusion into regional drug lists & 2) sales in state segment being in/out of regional drug lists; lead the development of local health economics and outcomes research (he∨) strategy, conduct he∨ studies through independent agencies, validate the study results with corporate, educate kams and ff on phe benefits of bi products; lead the development of pricing strategy for new pm brands aligned with corporate strategy, coordinate any necessary price revisions for established brands, ensure pricing policy approval by corporate ma; prepare and submit to russian ministry of health documents necessary for price registration and re-registration for products included in edl. our requirements: diploma degree (medicine, pharmacy, natural sciences, economics, health economics, epidemiology, health services research, biostatistics or public health); work experience 3+ year in a similar / related position in a large pharmaceutical company; knowledge of russian pharmaceutical market; strong understanding of russian health care and reimbursement system; leadership, project and time management skills, coaching experience; ability to lead and coordinate project teams involving cross-functional interaction and interaction with vendors and external stakeholders; analytical and strategic skills; mature presentation and communication skills; fluency in english is mandatory; business-oriented mindset; critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; advanced pc user. we offer: competitive salary; social package: meal compensation, medical and life insurance, travel insurance; professional and friendly team; professional growth and development within stable global company. if you have what it takes to be successful in this role introduce yourself by submitting your resume.who we are:at boehringer ingelheim we create value through innovation with one clear goal: to improve the lives of patients. we develop breakthrough therapies and innovative healthcare solutions in areas of unmet medical need for both humans and animals. as a family owned company we focus on long term performance. we are powered by 50.000 employees globally who nurture a diverse, collaborative and inclusive culture. learning and development for all employees is key, because your growth is our growth.
