компания "hyatt regency bishkek" scope of job: to pro-actively lead the revenue management of the hotel main duties and responsibilities: to pro-actively lead the revenue management of the hotel by overseeing and implementing revenue maximization strategies. to ensure all opportunities for revenue generation are maximized by using all appropriate tools and systems as per hyatt standards. to be objective in all decision making processes to ensure the best possible revenue and profitability outcome for the hotel. to coach, train and develop a culture of revenue maximization throughout the hotel. to provide the hotel with external market intelligence using tools such as internet web sites and corporate resources. to ensure business market analysis and accurate forecasting are carried out on a daily, weekly & monthly basis. to assist with inventory and forecasting methods of both fit and group business. to ensure optimal strategies and controls are in place to minimize displacement and maximize total hotel revenues. actively seek new channels and instruments to enhance the hotel’s revenues. to provide strategic consultation on effective revenue generating processes through prio inventory usage, rate control management, pricing and distribution. to assist in setting of group selling guidelines, identify trough, peak and shoulder business periods and prepare strategy recommendations accordingly. to produce accurate displacement analysis and demand analysis per market segment. to monitor and measure the success of set yield strategies by use of daily reports and checklists. to present tangible measurements of successes and failures that are directly attributed to these strategies. to supply analysis on the effect of short range decisions effecting occupancy, average rate and rooms profit goals. to maintain rate and room inventory in ‘prio’. to updаtеthe system’s data regularly clearing any expired rates. to updаtеreservations department on all room rates, packages, individual and corporate promotions. to assist in monthly and weekly re-forecasting.
