компания "onstream kazakhstan" responsibilities : the recruitment specialist actively searches for personnel and carries out the entire recruitment process, adhering to recruitment strategies and regional business strategies for optimal organizational performance search of the required candidates through their own data bases and contacts, the media, the internet, as well as by placing advertisement in various information resources. organizing and conducting interviews with candidates by formulating questions and getting answers to questions related to the requirements for a particular profession or position. participating and active assistance to candidates cv maintenance. coordinate the process of personnel mobilization to tengiz (meet and greet, induction, getting a badge, ppe, access to the accommodation blocks, transportation, to the canteen, availability of mandatory hse certificates, etc.); provide assistance to hr team with maintaining records of personnel (employment contracts, additional agreements, notifications, job descriptions, employments orders, employee confirmation letters, etc.); archiving personal files of the employees, keeping documents in electronic and paper form; coordinate mobilization, onboarding, demobilization, crew change, business trips (flights, accommodation, meet and greet, transportation); requirements : higher (or postgraduate) education in the relevant specialty work experience not less than 3 years. conditions : atyrau, 5/2
