компания "велтэк ойлфилд сервисес (рус)" responsibilities: manage of full range of preventive & corrective maintenance processes for all downhole company equipment used inside ru&cis region (mechanical + hydraulics) electronics maintenance including passive, active checks & reprogramming for hydraulic, mechanics, diagnostics, perforation & release device equipment electronic & wire harness assemblies acceptance as per ipc-a-610 & ipc-a-620 efficiency analysis for of downhole and surface equipment. conduct troubleshooting processes with relevant reports service quality incident reports preparation for all observed inaccuracies & non-conformances. participation in investigations processes & correction action items. reports closure control as per established terms incoming control, inspection & analysis for equipment arriving to tyumen imc incl. spare parts & consumables issued by hq manufacturing. quality claims preparation in case of required cooperation with a defined number of local russian suppliers by established areas (catering, calibration, manual tools, chemicals, hse, machining, quality control, etc.) to supply required goods and services on an uninterrupted basis kpi fulfillment for the following processes: service quality, maintenance performance, assets & inventory control, special projects requirements: higher technical education (mechanics, hydraulics, electronics, electrics) 3+ years of work experience in engineering positions in maintenance/ service/ production in international companies reading and analyzing hydraulic and electrical circuits to examine equipment operations and search for failures, to launch and set up local test equipment practical experience & knowledge of hydraulic systems, pumps and actuators operating principles. wide experience in troubleshooting in axial and radial piston pumps, gear-type and vane-type pumps expertise in working with mechanical systems. operating knowledge and wide experience in troubleshooting in mechanical gear and intensifier systems good speaking and writing skills for daily communication of any kind in an international team, participation in international trainings and solution of technical issues online high level of technical english to process a large quantity of information related to operating processes and equipment (mechanics, hydraulics, electronics, electrics) conditions: full-time work in tyumen production center: readiness to work with periodical overtimes readiness to work periodically on the weekends and holidays readiness to periodical business trips to other facilities professional development in training centers worldwide periodic business trips to other bases in russia and cis and worldwide medical insurance for the employee and family members lunch support
