компания "кардпэй" about unlimint founded in 2009, unlimint is a global fintech company with 16 offices all over the world and more than 400 employees, that offers a large portfolio of financial services - from acquiring (payment processing) to banking and banking as a service. our mission is to be “ready for tomorrow” and to provide our customers with a sense of stability in the everchanging financial landscape and an opportunity to be prepared for whatever the tomorrow of business brings their way, so that while others observe, they can already take an advantage. about the role: unlimint is looking for a strong leader for chief accountant role as part of an executive management team to join us. reporting line: ceo. position based: limassol, cyprus (relocation support). main duties and responsibilities: providing leadership, direction, and management of accounting team globally; providing strategic recommendations to members of the executive management team; overseeing the preparation and analyzes of all accounting reporting (general ledger, daily bank and receivables transactions, payroll, tax/vat provision, profit and loss statement, etc.); analyzing revenue and expense postings, comparing actual to budget on a monthly basis; recording accruals or deferrals of costs and revenues as necessary; identifying and reconciling any financial discrepancies; monitoring of cash balances for several entities and reconciles monthly bank statements in a timely manner; preparing reports required for financial audits and management as needed; identify and address potential financial risks for the company; overseeing all accounting decisions, such as budgeting and auditing; implementing strategies and systems to improve financial performance; reviewing financial reports and determine methods to reduce costs; servicing as a key point of contact for accounting department and auditors. main qualification, skills, and experience: masterchr(39)s degree in economics, finance, accounting, or finance required; 5+ years of relevant working experience on senior roles for global payments/banking/financial institutions; solid understanding of how companies across the globe are to be reported; strong management and supervisory skills across global multicultural team; excellent analytical and organizational skills; proficient in database and accounting application systems (excel, ms dynamics); excellent written and verbal communication skills; english and russian languages are a must. acca / cima or related graduation degree will be a plus. we offer: attractive monthly salary paid in line with experience; vacation, sick, and paid holidays; working place in our modern office in cyprus; a team of top international professionals to learn from; multicultural working environment. join unlimint team now! unlimint is an equal opportunity employer. we believe passionately that employing a diverse workforce is central to our success. we make recruiting decisions based on your experience and skills. we welcome applications from all members of society irrespective of age, sex, disability, sexual orientation, race, religion or belief.
